About Proposals & Contracts at Clinigen:

Clinigen is a rapidly growing global specialty pharmaceutical and services company with a unique combination of businesses. Our divisions operate in a complex global regulatory environment and ensure that vital medicines are delivered securely on time and wherever they are needed in the world.

The primary purpose of the Proposal & Contract Manager is to ensure client expectations and timelines are met through a careful understanding of their needs and project requirements and clearly documenting those requirements within their proposals and contracts, including change orders.

This is a remote opportunity in the US.  Must live in either Central or Eastern time zones.

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a detail-oriented work environment
  • An understanding and background in business development, drug sourcing, logistics and clinical trial principles and processes strongly preferred


Your role at Clinigen:

  • Manages and compiles all specifications to ensure that proposals and contracts, including change orders are forwarded to sales staff or clients/prospective clients in a timely manner
  • Enters work orders and subsequent change orders into the contact database
  • Participates in work order review meetings with applicable resources and participates in project management meetings as needed
  • Performs timely follow-up and maintains an up-to-date contact database
  • Compiles and updates information for pricing and company guidelines for sales contracts

  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks

  • English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-B (or equivalent)
