We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Transition Project Manager to lead the product packaging transition for ANZ following the separation of the Diabetes division from BD.
This critical role focuses on overseeing the development and execution of a seamless brand transition for 30+ SKUs across multiple channels, including hospitals, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, pharmacies, and more.
The successful candidate will ensure minimal disruption to customers, drive the transition strategy, and deliver measurable outcomes within project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute customer-specific product transition strategies in collab oration with the APAC Brand Transition team.
- Coordinate efforts across channels, including Retail, Market Access, Government, distributors, wholesalers, and end users.
Operational Management:
- Oversee system updates across distribution platforms such as wholesalers, retailers, and government systems.
- Manage demand planning for phase-in/phase-out of SKUs, inventory, returns, and discontinuation plans with financial implications.
- Drive seamless transition plans for 30+ SKUs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Lead the local team on project timelines, expectations, and communication.
- Collaborate with Strategic Marketing to create tailored communication plans, toolkits, and messaging for customers.
Project Leadership:
- Provide objective leadership focused on project strategy and execution.
- Facilitate detailed planning, team alignment, and accountability among stakeholders.
- Cooperate on workstream meetings to ensure project success.
Risk Mitigation & Communication:
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks to minimize supply disruptions and disappointment.
- Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholder
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is advantageous.
- Proven track record in project management or sales/marketing, with experience driving projects from initiation to closure.
- Demonstrated expertise in pre-launch commercial activities within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences industry.
- Consulting experience in launch activities is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Effective leadership in planning and implementing change.
- Excellent negotiation and influence skills to create win-win strategies.
- Proactive in surfacing risks/issues and implementing risk mitigations.
- Skilled in managing discussions, workshops, and meetings to meet objectives and timelines.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
