Job Description

The pandas have embarked on an inspiring journey to serve “Meal for Every Table”. This adventure began in the bustling hub of our Delivery Heroes, Vendor Partners, Suppliers, Pandamarts, and Passionate Homechefs, all united by the dream of delivering joy through delicious food & more. On this journey, you will report to “Lead - Acquisition Pantry”.

Your Responsibilities will include: 

• Assist in the execution of sales projects and initiatives.
• Support the Sales team in gathering, analysing, and presenting data on market trends,
• customer needs, and sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Operations, Category
• Managers, and Finance) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Participate in client meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
• Help identify opportunities for process improvement within sales operations.
• Track and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Learn about the company’s product/service offerings to better support the sales
• process.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Qualifications

Your role in this journey requires the following: 

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales, project management, and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
