As a PS Operations Specialist, you will staff projects, track the Services pipeline, monitor and report on key metrics such as utilization and revenue, and oversee our monthly billings. You will work closely with CS leaders to develop, maintain, and improve processes, maximize revenues, and improve results. You will also drive project hygiene, and assignment & time tracking accuracy, while working alongside cross functional stakeholders to maximize efficiencies and ensure department and corporate goals are met.
Every day will bring new and exciting challenges. You will:
· Work cross-functionality to ensure a smooth transition of new projects to the Professional Services organization
· Communicate with customers to validate project readiness and engagement schedule alignment
· Coordinate global resource assignments with PS & PMO Leadership in a timely manner
· Create new projects and staffing schedules in Salesforce
· Regularly monitor and update the Resource Planner based on updated schedules and project plans provided by Project Managers
· Monitor the Services pipeline for, and plan around, upcoming resourcing requirements
· Work with Consultants and Project Managers to ensure accurate Time Entry is submitted weekly and at end of month
· Coordinate with Finance on monthly project invoicing, backlog reporting, and forecasting
· Ensure successful onboarding of New Logo customers without implementation projects
· Collaborate with Revenue Operations to monitor Project/Opportunity hygiene and GAAP compliance
· Continually work to improve business and reporting processes related to PS, PMO, and Onboarding
Skills and Experiences Required:
· Degree in Business or equivalent
· Minimum 1-3 years of experience within a fast-paced technology company, ideally within the Services or Project Management departments
· Strong team player who demonstrates a high level of initiative and attention to detail
· Advanced proficiency in Salesforce
· Experience with MS Office, specifically Excel
· Experience with Professional Services Automation tools, specifically FinancialForce/Certinia would be an asset
