The Project Manager is responsible for the execution of client implementations for our growth enterprise accounts. Each implementation requires effective management of both external and internal stakeholders to ensure a successful project delivery on scope and on time. Successful candidates will be able to take initiative and communicate effectively in order to guide each implementation to completion. Your partners will look to you as the project champion in order to stay motivated throughout the project lifecycle – a positive attitude with an ability to influence and encourage others is a must.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of client projects, ensuring each program is delivered on scope and on time in accordance with team KPIs.
  • Utilize project management principles to lead external and internal partners through the project execution. External partners include clients and vendors. Internal partners include Sales, Account Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Communications, Data, Product & Engineering and Customer Care.
  • Develop and maintain all project documentation, including project plans, milestone docs, program workflows, status updates and relevant client-facing documentation.
  • Host regular project meetings with external and internal stakeholders to align on timelines, review deliverable progress, drive decision making and mitigate risks.
  • Communicate clear and consistent project status updates to help guide project timelines and keep contributing partners on track with deliverables.
  • Consistently follow all processes and utilize tools established by the PMO.
  • Operate in an efficient manner, knowing when to express a sense of urgency to drive deliverable progress and ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Follow appropriate escalation pathways if issues arise, coming prepared with solutions to resolve issues and progress with implementation.
  • Facilitate project retrospectives with key partners to identify wins and opportunities from the implementation.
  • Exude positive influence throughout the project lifecycle in order to motivate stakeholders and celebrate accomplishments.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 3-5 years of project or program management experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Healthcare and/or tech startup experience preferred.
  • PMP certification a plus

Skills Required:

  • Client services or customer service related skills.
  • Familiarity with digital and physical product offerings.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Knowledge of project or operations management principles and processes.
  • Capable of following processes and utilizing tools established by the PMO, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Well-organized with superior attention to detail and diligent time management skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with both internal and external partners, including technical teams, supply chain management, data experts, engineering and operations teams.
  • Ability to inspire strong execution across teams and promote excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear and concise delivery of information and the ability to present in an effective manner.
  • Understanding of when and how to escalate issues with recommended solutions to guide decision making.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and possess a strong sense of urgency

This salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 based on the selected candidate's qualifications, market data/ranges, location (ATX or NYC) and internal equity. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus, health, dental, vision & mental health insurance, 401(k) with company match, Flexible PTO, a monthly $100 wellness stipend and various other perks.
