The Opportunity: Join our dynamic team at Hitachi Energy as a Project Manager in our Data Center Services Group! How You'll Make an Impact:

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all customer and order information is accurate and complete.

Verify order documents and engage with the commercial team during project close-out.

Review and confirm service sales order documentation in HE ERP tool (SAP).

Facilitate communication between operations teams to support Accounts Receivable (AR) reduction.

Manage and direct commercial operations and project management teams to ensure timely payments.
-
Maintain and reduce overdue payments by working with the finance team and global business services.

Confirm product schedules, shipments, and on-time delivery of materials for service sales orders.

Provide administrative assistance and support to the project management team on related project orders and turnkey projects.
Your Background:
-
PMP Certified or in process.
-
Work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.

Over 5 years of experience in Electrical Substation/Transformer Project Management.

Knowledge of P&C, Transformers (Oil & Dry Type), MV & LV Switchgear, Battery Banks, Generator Systems, ATS.

Effective communication skills with multiple vendors both internally and externally.

Ability to review and understand project contracts, specifications, scope of work, budgets, and allowances.
