How You'll Make an Impact

Review customer specifications and new contracts to ensure compliance.

Plan and establish schedules, assigning work to achieve objectives cost-effectively.

Monitor, analyze, and report on contract performance, implementing corrective actions.

Initiate price change requests, apply mark-ups, and prepare quotations.

Resolve disputes involving back charges, delays, and warranty charges.

Coordinate information flow among various groups and customers.

Manage and document employee performance, promoting skill development.

Act as the group's representative in meetings with customers and suppliers.
Your Background

Bachelor's Degree in engineering, PMP, business, or related field.

5 to 8 years of experience in project management or a related field.

Strong interpersonal skills to manage teams and achieve cooperation.

Technical and business skills to evaluate and solve problems.

Ability to meet tight schedules while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with Digital & Mechanical Monitoring Devices preferred.

Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
