If so, great because we are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Network Design & Strategy team based in Helsinki and Gothenburg.
You will be a Project Manager leading gross organization projects such as warehouse openings, large scale transportation network changes, and system implementations, ensuring our logistics network is scalable, cost-effective, and aligns with broader company goals and customer needs. You will recognize and analyze opportunities to improve processes, find savings opportunities and translate ideas to concrete actions and project plans, and ensure implementation.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional logistics projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, cost efficiency, sustainability, and customer service improvements.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while identifying and mitigating risks to ensure business continuity.

Understands the business needs and expectations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and project teams.

Drive results by structuring, coordinating, and executing projects efficiently, using strong analytical skills to assess financial impacts and prioritize critical issues.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing practices and finding and proposing practical solutions.

Demonstrate leadership, inspire teams, and communicate clearly to engage people in an international team.
What We’re Looking For:

University degree or relevant work experience are required.

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain.

Experience working in a / Project Manager / Line Manager role. Proven experience in running large, complex cross-functional and transformational projects.

Good knowledge of Logistics processes, and different transportation modes and delivery terms, including understanding of IT and logistics tools landscape

IPMA / PMI certificate is the benefit.

Ability to improve with advanced methods, Green Belt / Black Belt is the benefit.

Experience to use LEAN and 6S methods.

Ability to drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Capable to organize and create structure to manage stressful situation, tight timetables and pressure.
