As part of the Lift innovation program, you will oversee the development of innovative ideas from concept to implementation, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple phases, from idea collection to incubation. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage resources, and drive change management strategies to promote a culture of innovation across Amadeus.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

Program and Project Management: Define and manage the comprehensive project plan, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while addressing risks and changes promptly.

Idea Collection & Delivery: Coordinate the collection campaigns, ensuring high-quality ideas are gathered and aligned with Lift’s criteria. Oversee the communication and execution of each phase, providing regular updates on progress.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders (e.g., CEO office, sustainability office, juries) and external providers (innovation coaches, consulting companies) to ensure seamless collaboration and resource allocation.

Promote Intrapreneurship: Actively promote the intrapreneurship initiative by organizing workshops, training sessions, and events to inspire and support employees in pitching their innovative ideas.

Budget and Financial Management: Manage the program’s budget, from long-term planning to allocation, ensuring resources are appropriately distributed to meet project goals.

• Strong autonomy and proactivity with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of management, both internally and externally
• Familiarity with innovation activities, methodologies, and a passion for driving creative solutions
• Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and external providers
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and the ability to challenge the status quo
