As a Project Manager - Finance Systems, you will enhance and optimize the structure of our financial systems and processes, aiming to boost scalability by streamlining and adopting best practices. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain expertise in NetSuite within a SaaS environment while collaborating with industry professionals and has the potential to evolve to become our Fintech Lead.
A day in the life of:
- You are the go-to-person for accounting processes & systems and closely collaborate with our Sales, Finance, and IT teams (internal & external) to understand where they experience issues and propose improvements. You discover, structure, and analyze business requirements and objectives.
- Together with our external partner you co-design , implement, and maintain financial process automations using our FinTech stack. By coordinating with business users, IT systems teams, and external software providers, you ensure effective testing and delivery of updates to our finance automations.
- You understand issues/blockers/time consuming problems by discussing with users, find solutions together with other teams (implementation partners and internal IT teams), ability to structure and follow-up execution of roadmap .
- You coordinate projects across our external implementation partner and internal teams and manage the day-to-day relationship.

- Comfortable with combining day-to-day data request fulfillment (small needs & incidents) with project work
I have:
- A minimum of 5 years' professional experience working with Finance/accounting processes
- Experience with implementing finance systems/ERP (experience with Netsuite is a plus)
- Proven experience in IT Project Management and functional analysis within finance/accounting
- An understanding of online credit card payments, VAT/Sales & withholding taxes in B2B invoicing
- Affinity or understanding of integration projects and Software Development Life Cycle
