Excellent digital project management skills supporting large scale ERP and supplier collaboration implementations. Driving disruption game changing digital transformation

Strategic roadmap to improve MSI’s business systems capabilities in the areas of demand planning, supply planning, inventory, purchasing, outsourcing and logistics

The role will be dedicated to developing and implementing Best Practices within the entire materials and logistics including supplier collaboration, digital twin simulations, logistics visibility and global reporting system governing

Must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals

Responsible for partnership from the business side with business partners in IT to support LEAN and AGILE system implementations

Execute strategies and daily execution to deliver the supply to support our customer and company requirements

Continuously develop skills by seeking opportunities in areas throughout the supply chain & procurement function

Experience as business systems leader in ERP, Supplier Collaboration and global reporting architecture.

Superior customer orientation with a clear ability to translate customer needs into short-term Polished communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders, customers, and external audiences

Strong orientation to leadership, teamwork, and positive communication; a flexible, dynamic, self‐demanding and proactive individual, able to motivate him/herself and others
Target Base Salary Range: $86,500 - $173,000
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Bachelor’s degree in Business / Supply Chain or equivalent experience (9+ years of experience with no degree)
