Job Description
- Project Management:
- Overall responsibility for planning and implementing projects for semiconductor factories, cleanrooms, laboratories, and related facilities.
- Participate in meetings, factory acceptance tests, and on-site inspections.
- Accompany the installation of measurement, control, regulation, and automation systems.
- Consider budget, quality, and schedule requirements, supporting project management in creating and adjusting the project schedule.
- Manage and coordinate interfaces, ensuring reliable information flow internally and externally.
- Team Coordination:
- Compilation and management of the project team during the planning and execution phases.
- Management and coordination of external planning partners and suppliers.
- Participate in award negotiations with suppliers and executing companies.
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure high execution quality and compliance with safety, health, and environmental protection requirements.
- Scheduling and Control:
- Responsible for scheduling and project controlling.
- Create detailed engineering for instrumentation, controls, and automation systems in high-tech facilities within the semiconductor, BioPharma, and Life Science industries.
- Prepare detailed execution documents (e.g., drawings, functional descriptions, bill of quantities) for procurement and clarify any questions during the execution phase.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, civil engineering, architecture, supply engineering, or cleanroom technology, along with technical education and several years of professional experience or further training.
- Professional Experience:
- Several years of experience in planning and executing investment projects in process engineering or semiconductor plant construction.
- Professional experience in executing and managing projects in ELV, electric power hookup, or building security (e.g., fire alarm, CCTV systems, or access control systems).
- Communication Skills & Team Spirit:
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus for respectful collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) and communicative English skills.
- Strong initiative, commitment, and a high degree of flexibility.
