The IT team is looking for a Project Management Associate to be primarily responsible for assisting in the daily coordination of projects derived from line of business, office location, region, and/or firm initiatives. This includes preparing and maintaining project plans, documentation, budgets, and communicating to internal and external clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Project Planning
-
Assists team leader in preparing and maintaining projects plans, including documentation, budgets, implementation, training, communication for projects derived line of business, office location, region and/or firm initiatives.
Managing Project
-
Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks.
-
Track project progress and identify and escalate project obstacles to team leader and communicate with other key stakeholders.
-
Maintain and update budget; monitoring projects costs and invoices.
Project Delivery
-
Coordinate small projects/service requests involving appropriate team members.

Assist in creating and maintaining project/service request documentation.
-
Schedule meetings, including site selection, travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, presentations developing agendas, preparing minutes in support of assigned projects, distributing meeting materials, and tracking meeting attendance. May attend meetings as required by project and/or assignment.
Project Reporting
-
Update project status reports and coordinate with Project Manager before distributing to stakeholders.

Initiate, develop and maintain communication with internal and external clients and vendors as appropriate.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years of experience.

Microsoft Office skills (Project, SharePoint, OneNote).
Preferred qualifications:

Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics and tables, speaker notes & handouts, etc.

Ability to communicate both verbally and written are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur.

Effective organization and time management skills.
