Project Leader
The primary responsibilities of this position will be to initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control, and close projects throughout the project life cycle time for new product development.
The project leader must be a proactive leader in team building and leading with excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills. The project leader is responsible for updating the schedule and deliverables, and completion of LF 5 Phase to achieve project goals.
About the job:
- Develop, execute, monitor & control and update the project plan, deliverables, milestones, schedule, work breakdown structure and action item register to achieve project goals, hence to fulfill customers’ requirements and expectations Proactively staffing the cross-functional Littelfuse core team, coordinate and manage the project schedule and deliverables and ensure to meet all the specified milestones and drive to lanch project on-time.
- Support DV and PV builds and timely delivery of prototype parts through team meetings to ensure that projects are implemented and production-ready. Review and submit all test plans for products and obtain customer approval. Follow-up for timely completion of action item issues.
- Drive for early involvement of operations for new product development – Littelfuse 5-phase APQP.
- Periodically communicate and update the project progress with project team members to ensure the project schedule and milestones are on track.
About you:
- Bachelor's or university degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years project management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills – ability to work remotely and across cultures/time zones.
- Ability to work with minimal direction.
- Ability to interface with all levels of Littelfuse, its suppliers, and customer organizations.
- Ability to manage conflict and problem resolution.
