Due to growth, we are looking for four (4) Project Finance Analyst's, based in Serbia for a new team 'build out' to support multiple service lines under the global Project Finance Team.
We are specifically looking for individuals with experience working within a Contract Research Organisation (CRO).
As a Project Finance Analyst at ProPharma, you will be responsible for the overall financial health of projects within the assigned service line business and end to end administration of the project lifecycle, this will include revenue review, backlog forecasting, project profitability, change orders, and other reporting.
This role will function as the primary contact and financial advisor between Operations, Business Development, and Finance.
Main Responsibilities:

Review contracts and change order financial terms.

Reviews revenue monthly under assigned Service Line.

Develop and maintain project backlog forecasts.

Oversight of Contract/Budget functionality within Workday.

Month End variance analysis and commentary to support revenue, hours, rev/h, and other trending to identify risks and opportunities to management.

Partner with the Project Managers/Functional Leads/BD within the Service Line to support the projects and assist with reporting and the Change Order process.

May perform other country/regional accounting duties to support the month end close process.

Other projects/duties as necessary to support the Global Project Finance team.
Necessary Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of Workday systems preferred.

Demonstrating an understanding of financial accounting principles.

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change, ability to multitask with attention to detail.

Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Educational Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accountancy or similar training
Experience Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in a comparable position

Clinical Research (CRO)/Pharmaceutical experience ESSENTIAL
