- Reports to Plant Engineering Manager
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, AS400, Teams
- Process Technician to the Pre-Assembly, Final Assembly and Motor Rigging departments
- Root cause analysis and trouble shooting skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and attention to detail
- Keep own area clean, safe, and hazard free
- Productive team member to achieve team and plant goals
Responsibilities:
- Bill of Material audits.
- Maintaining print and drawing data base.
- Material and part costing.
- Developing plant floor work instruction.
- Developing plant floor critical to quality instruction.
- Development of Bill of Material.
- Designing, fabricating, and instituting jigs, fixtures, or work cells.
- Hands on approach to prototyping of parts.
- Writing Engineering Change Requests.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Education/Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees and managers
- Computer literate (excel, word, outlook)
- Strong organizational abilities in record keeping, filing and document preparation.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and report data accurately.
