Job Description
Project Coordinator supports project managers by managing administrative tasks, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget, and acting as a liaison among the team and the project manager. Coordinator focuses on the execution of specific project stages. This role involves organizing resources, scheduling client meetings across multiple consultants and their clients, coordinating team efforts, and communicating project status updates to the Advisory Program Manager.
This role reports to the DTS Advisory Program Manager in support of Business Transformation projects:
- Administrative Support - Handling paperwork, scheduling meetings, and coordinating resources to keep the project running smoothly
- Communication - Communicating project updates and status to team members, stakeholders, and management
- Team Coordination - Coordinating team members, facilitating communication, and resolving conflicts
- Documentation - Maintaining project documentation, reports, and records
- Tool Proficiency - Utilizing project management tools and software to manage projects effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate/ beneficial majors; Associate’s may be acceptable; graduate work, degree, or certifications preferred
- 7 or more years of relevant work or other experience with demonstrated progression
- Event coordination or other related experience facilitating large multi-faceted projects
- Strong organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
- Excellent communication skills - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders.
- Time management skills - Ability to manage deadlines, track progress, and meet project timelines.
- Problem-solving skills - Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Project management knowledge - Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to take initiative, work collaboratively, and contribute to team success.
Additional Information
Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. RESPEC is a 100 percent employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
