Job Description Summary
Under the direction of the Global Transition & Transformation Leader, this role Successfully execute and deliver programs and projects to enable key strategic initiatives. The Transition Program Coordinator - AMER ensures proper coordination and documentation of activity around effective transitions and transformations. Monitors and drives project communication and activity progress. Supports process development, program improvement and quality initiatives for global transitions and transformations.
This position is highly visible to internal & external stakeholders and will be client-facing.

About the Role:
- Project Coordination & Strategic Initiatives: Coordinate and successfully execute multiple projects within Cushman & Wakefield's Global Occupier Services enterprise. Implement key strategic initiatives to achieve the desired outcomes of the Transition Platform.
- Data Management: Collect, evaluate, and prepare data for reporting and decision-making processes.
- File Management: Create and maintain SharePoint and MS Teams environments to support collaboration and information sharing. Manage and organize files, ensuring efficient document retrieval and compliance with data protection standards.
- Change Management: Support organizational change management activities to ensure achievement of customer objectives.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field or related experience is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1+ years of project management experience.
- Agile/Lean Six Sigma, PMP Certification, PROSCI and/or other change management training desired but not required.
- Technically proficient in all commonly used business software and applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Smartsheet, PowerBI).
- Must possess analytical and quantitative skills with ability to analyze and interpret information, data, and related documentation.
