This is a key role supporting the JCDecaux Project team delivering national Projects across all our business sectors (Street Furniture, Large Format, Retail, Rail and Airport) on a wide variety of digital and static advertising structures. The team consists of nationally based Project Managers who require proactive support from an organized, highly motivated and detail orientated Project Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project management activities, maintaining project timelines, offering key support to the Project Managers, Project Planner and PMO Manager and utilising SAP to assist on the planning, coordination and execution of projects from initiation to completion.
What you'll be doing...
Assist with the creation, monitoring and updating of project work orders, resource allocation, procurement and inventory tracking through SAP.
Use of SAP to manage project data of rolling programmes with the ability to identify shortfalls, risks and other project concerns.
Administrative support to Project Managers, Project Planners, PMO Manager and Head of Projects, including scheduling, meetings, tracking action items, and organising project related resource and materials.
Daily communication and collaboration with Project Managers and Project Planners, along with the cross-functional internal teams, contractors and suppliers
To provide ad-hoc project management support to the projects team.
Regular project and ad-hoc reporting including programme, finance and stock.
Support on the preparation and management of project Budget trackers.
Proactive in developing and implementing process improvements.
Support for creating, maintaining and updating project documentation.
Compile and manage Health and Safety files for all project handovers through to final sign-off.
Management of central project repository for project documentation that can be easily accessed by relevant parties.
A little bit about you...
Technical
Experience of working in a project management role / environment or similar.
Ideally proven experience with using SAP project software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret installation documentation and technical drawings.
Defining and preparing product specifications (Bills of Materials) and design checks.
Production of Installation specification documentation.
Development and maintenance of quality systems throughout the lifecycle of projects
Monitoring construction work to monitor compliance with design, standards, and legislation, and to allow swift updating of project software and trackers.
Production of reports to suit relevant stages of the projects.
Develop knowledge in Project Management, Technical, Digital, Structural, Electrical, Health and Safety.

Attend and take minutes of ad-hoc meetings.
