As a Project Coordinator you will spend your time… 
In this role you will drive the delivery of projects to develop and commercialize winning scent solutions for our customers. You support the various functions including sales and scent design management with planning, coordination, communication and administration. Reporting to the strategic planner, you will be accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of Fabric/Home Care Value To Market projects for various regional/global account supported from the Hilversum Creative Center.

Key Responsibilities
 
Project Coordination

  • Understanding project objectives and supporting communication of the approved project plan to the team members
  • Ensuring that all the resources (benchmarks, bases, oils for CI tests) needed for the project are available at the Creative Center
  • Responsibility for controlling and monitoring with regards to the project plan and brief parameters
  • Facilitating the network and planning of the projects
  • Responsibility for delivering the project successfully from a logistics perspective
  • Following the Project through until closure with final result recorded in the project management system PUMA (Won, Lost, Cancelled)
  • Facilitating customer visits, meetings and distributing minutes

Account Strategy

  • Developing understanding of the account strategy based on Category/Region
  • Building and maintaining understanding of customer portfolio, activities, strategy, brand, market and decision-making process
  • Building knowledge of Commercial Value To Market strategies in liaison with Sales

Knowledge Management

  • Assisting with updating status on projects in PUMA
  • Ability to work and contribute to knowledge management within projects, accounts, creative center (including sharepoint)
