Summary:
Atomica is seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to assist our Program Management team with our fast-paced R&D projects. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with keen attention to detail. This role has the opportunity to grow into a Program Manager role. At Atomica, you will help ensure the successful execution of cutting-edge projects and provide exceptional support to our internal teams who are creating technologies that are shaping the future.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and coordination of project activities
- Update and manage customer accounts in PSA and CRM systems.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes for project management team
- Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Support the preparation of presentations for our Program Management team
- Support Finance with invoicing, purchasing and customer communications.
Requirements:
- BS Degree required (Science, engineering, or technology management- preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Project or similar software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- US Persons as identified by US ITAR requirements (US citizen, greencard holder, refugee, or asylum seeker)
- Must work onsite at Atomica in Goleta CA

$50,000-$75,000
