We are looking for a Project Coordinator for our New Product Development team.

The New Product Development (NPD) team is responsible for bringing a diverse range of products from concept to delivery. This role involves working cross-functionally within the organization and collaborating with global suppliers to ensure seamless execution of product development and production processes. As a key contributor, you will coordinate the product lifecycle to align with company expectations. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to work on a broad portfolio of products, including soft goods, hard goods, electrical accessories, personal care/cosmetics, and home décor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with the NPD logistics coordinator to ensure accurate product packing and timely collection.
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and freight forwarders to ensure a smooth production workflow.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, finance, operations, and marketing, to engage all relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones to drive efficient execution.
  • Identify and address potential risks or issues, escalating them as needed.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized project files and records for easy access and reference.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in project management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
