About the Role:
EpicMetry is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our projects are effectively organized and executed. Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in coordinating project activities and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of project status and updates.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, identifying potential risks and issues early to support mitigation activities.
  • Organize and participate in project meetings, preparing agendas and following up on action items.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to project scopes and resource allocation.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and reporting efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in a project coordination or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement.
