The Project/Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects or programs within the organization, providing essential coordination to ensure seamless implementation and achievement of objectives.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Serve as a central point of contact for effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and management
- Coordinate and track project tasks, milestones, and dependencies, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Assist in resource allocation to ensure teams have the necessary tools and support for project success
- Identify and assess project risks, collaborate on mitigation strategies, and contribute to proactive risk management
- Maintain organized project documentation, generate regular management reports, and ensure adherence to standards and best practices
Qualification & Skills:
- Completed three-year vocational training or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in a supportive role, contributing to successful project or program outcomes
- Strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities concurrently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective information conveyance
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and proficiency in project management tools
- Fluent in English
