We are seeking a detail-oriented Driver Operations Associate to join our Driver Assistance Team. This role involves manually reviewing flagged facial recognition matches to ensure accuracy and compliance with our partner driver community guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision, and a commitment to
maintaining high standards of accuracy in all aspects of the role.
What you'll do:
- Manual Review: Conduct manual checks of flagged facial recognition matches to verify identity accuracy and prevent false positives.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of all reviews, findings, and follow-up actions, preparing regular reports for the Security Operations team.
- Compliance: Ensure that all checks are conducted in compliance with privacy regulations and internal guidelines for data handling.
- Process Improvement: Provide feedback on the facial recognition process and suggest improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
What you'll need
- A background in security or employment verification or related work requiring facial recognition
- Must will be willing to work on a 3-month contract
- Must be willing to work in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX)
