As an IT systems engineer intern on our team, you’ll work closely with vendors and internal IT partners to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues while ensuring the health and availability of our systems. Additionally, you’ll help in resolving outages in our voice and data network, service, cloud, client PC and mainframe environments.
This internship will provide you the chance to further develop your technical and communication skills by handling a wide range of responsibilities in a 24/7 environment. You’ll participate in the planning and execution of Enterprise-wide projects while working closely with an experienced mentor.

Knowledge, skills & experience

High school diploma or equivalent, actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in an Information Technology or Business-related field

Effective teamwork, written and verbal communication skills, analytical and customer service skills
