PMG is seeking a Programmatic Senior Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of executing high-impact programmatic strategies for clients. You will oversee the implementation of complex programmatic campaigns, ensuring they align with broader business objectives and deliver superior outcomes. Your strategic insights will be critical in shaping client roadmaps, optimizing performance, and identifying opportunities for innovation.

The Programmatic team at PMG functions as equal parts strategists and buyers, collaborating daily with cross-functional teams, including media strategy, creative, and technology, to deliver comprehensive, full-funnel marketing strategies. Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of programmatic campaigns, including setup, trafficking, and ongoing management, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and PMG best practices.
  • Act as the primary owner of digital program initiatives, including video, display, digital OOH, and direct publisher partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as media operations, account services, analytics, and creative to ensure holistic planning and execution.
  • Manage RFP processes, vendor negotiations, and plan revisions, while also spearheading communication with partners.
  • Develop and deliver detailed reports and strategic insights to clients, explaining campaign performance, optimizations, and future recommendations.
  • Gain expertise in PMG’s proprietary technology platform Alli, creating customized alerts, performing data analysis, and generating custom reporting views.
  • Mentor and guide coordinator/associate team members, ensuring flawless campaign execution, weekly optimizations, and effective pacing decisions.
  • Oversee budgeting needs related to day-to-day account management, including monthly forecasting of goals and ad serving forecasts.
  • Identify and implement testing opportunities, driving media planning and contributing to broader strategic initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience working in digital media and programmatic, with responsibility for strategy, planning, and campaign management.
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of the digital and programmatic landscape, with hands-on experience executing campaigns in DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Amazon) and Adservers (e.g., DoubleClick).
  • Ability to triangulate different metrics to guide complex pacing decisions and optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to develop data-driven insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning new tools and technologies.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
