Who You Will Be Working With
The Programmatic team at PMG is a collaborative group of strategists and media experts passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through innovative programmatic advertising. We work closely with media strategy, creative, and technology teams to deliver integrated, full-funnel marketing strategies that optimize digital performance and drive tangible results.

As a Programmatic Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to your team, driving success through your expertise, leadership, and creative problem-solving.
What You Will Do
- Shape the strategic direction for clients’ programmatic campaigns, ensuring alignment with PMG’s services to maximize impact and client satisfaction.
- Oversee day-to-day programmatic operations, including bid management, campaign optimization, and performance analysis across Display, Video, CTV, YouTube, and Native platforms.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders, leading strategy conversations and ensuring programmatic initiatives align with their business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities within programmatic accounts, presenting innovative strategies and collaborating with your team to implement them.
- Analyze campaign performance, proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities while driving optimizations that enhance results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media partners, keeping PMG at the forefront of new opportunities, beta programs, and platform advancements.
- Coach and mentor team members, providing feedback and guidance to foster their growth, ensure superior performance, and nurture professional development.
- Leverage PMG’s proprietary platform, Alli, to create customized alerts, analyze campaign data, and generate insightful reporting that drives smarter decisions.
- Collaborate across teams, contributing to high-impact projects and ensuring the seamless integration of programmatic strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of experience in digital media and programmatic advertising, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and managing team members.
- Intermediate expertise in Programmatic Advertising, Marketing Metrics, and Marketing Planning & Analysis to guide impactful campaign strategies.
- A strong understanding of Analytics and Database Marketing to support data-driven decisions and campaign outcomes.
- Familiarity with Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers, and Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) to effectively manage and optimize campaigns.
- Expertise in leveraging channels such as CTV, OLV, Display, Audio, Native, DOOH, and App to create seamless, full-funnel strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL to generate actionable insights, deliver detailed performance reports, and inform optimizations.
- A solid understanding of Measurement Systems to evaluate and optimize campaign success.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, ensuring access to cutting-edge opportunities and innovations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to align programmatic strategies with broader marketing initiatives and achieve seamless execution.
