Hive Group is seeking a Program Operations Manager – Solution Delivery Division (SSD) to provide high level operational and administrative support to the Executive Front Office within a federal health agency. This role ensures seamless delivery of business operations and facilitates effective internal communication, coordination, and planning across SDD program branches and leadership.
The Program Operations Manager leads the day-to-day execution of administrative operations, strategic planning initiatives, and customer service activities for the SDD business staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate administrative and logistical support for SDD’s executive team, ensuring timely execution of calendar management, meeting facilitation, official correspondence, and tasker tracking.
- Serve as the central liaison between the SDD Executive Front Office, PMOs, Business Staff, and Stakeholder Engagement branches.
- Provide operational leadership and quality oversight for tasks related to organizational planning, conference room scheduling, internal event coordination, and document management.
- Ensure proper processing and execution of official taskers, correspondence, and documentation using government systems.
- Maintain a high level of detail and quality assurance in the preparation of senior leadership briefings, internal memoranda, and strategic communications artifacts.
- Support personnel in- and out-processing, supplies inventory, visitor management, and travel logistics.
- Facilitate All Hands meetings, off-site sessions, and staff engagement events by leading logistics planning and coordination.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, administrative leadership, or relevant industry supporting federal health, DoD, or government IT programs.
- Demonstrated experience in managing business office operations, including executive scheduling, task management, and operational logistics.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-tempo, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with familiarity in SharePoint and collaborative platforms.
- Supervisory or team management experience is a plus.
Work Environment and Travel:
- On-site support in Falls Church, VA, with some remote work flexibility.
- Limited travel (<10%) may be required for meetings, training, or events in San Antonio, TX.
