Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision and Planning. Lead digital transformation projects with a strategic vision. Collaborate with clients to develop strategies that align with their business objectives. This involves understanding the current state, defining the desired future state, and identifying the steps necessary to achieve it.

Team Collaboration and Workstream Support: Active participation in team-based efforts, offering support and insights for various workstreams. This involves evaluating and contributing to different project aspects, ensuring that team objectives align with strategic goals and client expectations.

Client Interaction and Relationship Management. Act as a primary point of contact for clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills. Utilize data to inform decisions and simplify complex scenarios, ensuring projects are manageable and outcomes are optimized.

Change Management. Guide clients through the change management process, ensuring smooth adoption of new digital tools and practices.

Risk Management. Identify potential risks associated with the projects and develop mitigation strategies.

Technology Awareness and Aptitude. Review and advise on the technology strategies of the projects based on prior experience and understanding in the digital data landscape.  Provide guidance on how technology can be leveraged to improve client operations.

Stakeholder Communication. Regularly communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and other internal and external parties, to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 7+ years of work history in a tech-focused environment, with a minimum 2 years of experience in consulting
  • Obtained hands-on experience in leading and managing digital transformation initiatives, successfully implementing projects in a variety of business contexts.
  • Led cross-functional teams, especially in environments where coordination between technical experts, business analysts, and client-facing professionals was essential.
  • Demonstrated strong track record in strategic roles, especially those involving technology and business process optimization.
  • Developed successful client relationships, preferably in a consulting environment. This includes not only maintaining client satisfaction but also expanding business through identifying new opportunities for improvement.
  • Proven expertise in leading and executing change management strategies with stakeholder engagement, preferably within digital transformation contexts.
  • Clearly defined strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experienced with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Advanced English level is required.
  • Availability to travel to US. 


This position is offered on a contract basis, providing an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to demonstrate their skills and expertise in a dynamic environment. While initially a contractual role, there is potential for it to evolve into a full-time position, based on performance and the evolving needs of our organization.
