Job Description

The Enablement & Solution Consulting team’s mission is to enable action from insight. We are responsible for ensuring customers understand the value and practical application of EcoVadis solutions, so that they can progress on their sustainable procurement journey. We are also responsible for increasing the effectiveness of all Frontline roles (Sales, Customer Success and Services of Engagement) via high adoption of new skills, tools & processes, and of solutions & regulation expertise. A key element of our enablement function is competitive intelligence and programming.

We’re seeking a highly organized and collaborative Program Management Expert - Enablement Logistics to lead the operational planning and delivery of enablement programs that support our Sales, Customer Success, and Services teams. This strategic role is critical in ensuring our programs are packaged, delivered, and measured with consistency, efficiency, and excellence.

You will partner cross-functionally with content developers, field leaders, trainers, and operational stakeholders to ensure every touchpoint of the enablement experience—logistics, delivery, communication, and evaluation—is executed at a high standard and aligned to business priorities.

In addition, you will play a key role in driving adoption of new enablement tools, processes, and learning experiences through structured change management practices—helping frontline teams adapt quickly and confidently.

Strategic Planning, Execution and data driven improvements

  • Partner with BU Business Partners  and other stakeholders  to understand long-term goals and design logistics plans that proactively support business initiatives and frontline teams Kpis and strategic metrics  (e.g.,  new product rollouts, market expansions, or restructuring efforts, closed deals, sales cycle length, deal size…).
  • Define and track key metrics (e.g., on-time enablement delivery, program adoption rates, resource utilization) to evaluate logistics efficiency and identify bottlenecks.
  • Develop dashboards or integrate logistics/enablement  KPIs into existing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI) to give visibility into enablement readiness, regional rollouts, and real-time execution metrics.

Program Packaging & Material Management

  • Lead the end-to-end packaging of training and enablement assets in collaboration with subject matter experts across Solution Consulting, Digital Transformation, Revops teams, Marketing, and other departments.
  • Establish and manage a quality assurance process to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment to role-specific learning needs.
  • Maintain a central repository of enablement resources and ensure timely updates based on program iteration and field feedback.

Delivery & Execution Management

  • Oversee the logistical coordination of live and asynchronous enablement experiences, including workshops, onboarding programs, and role-specific learning journeys.
  • Serve as the operational liaison for external providers,  facilitators, speakers, and learning partners—ensuring readiness, availability, and smooth execution.
  • Develop and execute participant communication plans, including session scheduling, calendar invites, pre-work/post-work distribution, and attendance tracking.
     

Enablement Technology & Tools Integration

  • Partner with Enablement Ops, IT, and Learning Development to implement and optimize logistics technologies for registration, feedback, scheduling, and tracking.
  • Leverage learning platforms, CRM, and communications tools to streamline program workflows and logistics at scale.
  • Support tool and system rollouts by providing change management guidance and logistics support to ensure adoption and continuity.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

  • Act as the central point of contact for logistics-related queries across global teams.
  • Maintain regular updates and channels for sharing enablement delivery timelines, participant info, and escalation paths.
  • Collaborate with regional enablement leads and frontline managers to ensure alignment to business cadence and operational needs.
  • Serve as a change ambassador—proactively communicating shifts in process or program design, and supporting stakeholder alignment.

Feedback, Evaluation & Optimization

  • Lead pre and post-programs evaluation efforts focused on the enablement experience and make sure to follow on;< the business metrics, including surveys and performance metrics (e.g., attendance, satisfaction, completion rates).
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to continuously improve delivery methods and logistics processes.
  • Drive experimentation with new delivery models (e.g., blended learning, modular formats) based on stakeholder feedback and enablement analytics.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, learning operations, or enablement logistics within a fast-paced SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to manage change and drive adoption across distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with learning platforms, enablement tools (e.g., LMS, webinar tools, content management), and operational systems (e.g., Salesforce, project management tools).
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and regions.
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively in a globally distributed environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting Sales or Customer Success Enablement functions.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED, or other value-based selling methodologies.
  • Certification or training in change management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.
  • Background in internal communications, instructional design, or corporate event logistics.
