Job Description

The Regional Partner Coordinator - Turkey & Italy will be accountable for helping to build a world-class ecosystem by providing commercial administrative support for our Distributor in Turkey and Italy and reporting resources for the One Europe Regional Channel Director through the creation of weekly and monthly reporting for the Region and assisting partner managers in the recruitment of world-class “Regional Partners” Ecosystem.

Key assignments for the Partner Manager are as follows:

Commercial Administration

• The new Resource should be using CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), submitting deal offeration requests (DARs), and working with the partners on Global Price Lists.
• Qualifying applicable regional leads and creating business opportunities with CRM.
• Running sales cycles alongside Turkey & Italy Distributor and participating in weekly forecast calls.
• Weekly operations/deals meetings and following up.
• Supporting triage issues.
• Escalation manager for distributor.
• Closing deals - process from Bus ops and partly deal desk.
• Creating Customer Order forms and Contracts.
• Educating Turkey on the process, manually correcting and creating data in CRM.
• Chasing DARs and teams for approvals.
• Documentation and Onboarding support for new partners.

Data and Analytics and Reporting

• Analyzing partner performance using business intelligence tools across the region.
• Providing insights and benchmarks to improve distributor productivity and efficiency.
• Creation of weekly and monthly management reporting packs.

Key Measures and Goals

• Processing of leads to business opportunities.
• Delivering of DARs, Price Lists.
• Distributor Sales Targets.
• Pipeline Generation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage partner data and interactions.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve partner performance.
• Understanding of IT systems and security protocols to manage user access and protect sensitive information.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records.
• Efficiently prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy in data management and administrative processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with partners and internal teams.
• Ability to address and resolve partner issues effectively. Work well with other departments to support partner needs.
