Program Lead
Job Description
The Program Lead balances strategic planning, operational expertise and effective team management to drive projects and align resources. This role enables the work of the broader central marketing organization through strategic project and resource management. The role will have direct reports.
50% Program leadership: Strategically partner to enable cross functional Marketing programs/projects. Establish program roadmaps and oversee multiple projects, including cross functional team leadership, stakeholder management, interdependency & risk identification, timeline management and post-mortems.
20%: Senior stakeholder and resource management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Lead and facilitate the resource management process with senior leaders, identifying resource constraints and opportunities.
15%: Thought leadership and process improvement: Bring project and resource management “outside in” thinking to the team and broader organization. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Champion project management software and process adoption.
15%: Direct report team leadership.
Required Experience/Knowledge/Skills (to be able to perform this job): Strategic Project management, people management

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Marketing Project Management or related field with people management

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Proven ability to strategically manage large initiatives, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and functions

The salary range for this role is $105,040 - $157,560
