Your main responsibilities
- Identifying and overseeing initiatives within the Allegro Delivery (Carrier Management) area aimed at improving customer satisfaction and enhancing the merchant experience
- Leading the implementation of strategic projects as the responsible leader/business owner for selected building blocks or areas
- Meeting with internal and external partners to understand the needs and provide unique value proposition for the service
- Creating the vision and the product requirements in collaboration with the Technology, Marketing, Commercialization, and Carrier Management teams
- Working closely with the Technology team to plan and execute the development roadmap for the assigned area or process
- Cooperating with the analytics team to develop metrics and dashboards to monitor and report on the performance with specific KPIs
This job is for you, if
- You have at least 3 years of experience in building successful customer-facing products/solutions or managing related projects. Experience in the logistics and delivery area may be an additional benefit
- You have experience in building and managing project scope and roadmap
- You are familiar with working in a matrix organization with stakeholders from different functions
- You are able to build comprehensive recommendations for the product development.
- You are not afraid of performing analysis and know analytical tools (Tableau, Data Studio)
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with a logical and methodical approach in analyzing complex issues and data effectively
- You are well organized and you can set the right priorities to achieve high quality outputs
- You are data-driven, results-oriented, and ready to work independently in a fast paced and challenging project-based culture
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, are able to respect different personalities, ways of thinking, and cultures
- You work effectively in English (desired C1)
