To join our team as a Program Consultant! You will ensure smooth delivery of external contractor projects while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. This role requires some travel within the state to engage, train, and perform QA assessments of Trade Ally projects. This position has multiple areas of responsibilities including contractor management, budget creation and tracking, data management, complaint resolution, contract and agreement management, cross-functional team coordination, and continual improvement. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in operations roles will often have direct client, customer, or trade ally communication and contact.

- Recruit, onboard, and train contractors on program requirements, standards, and expectations
- Ensure contractors meet all program requirements, including proper licensing, insurance, and certifications
- Facilitate and maintain contracts and agreements between CLEAResult and the Contractors.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, ensuring clear communication and alignment with program goals
- Oversee budget management for contractor operations and process improvements at the program level.
- Monitor contractor performance, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety regulations
- Conduct site visits and quality assurance inspections to verify compliance with program guidelines
- Keep up to-date with best installation practices and equipment for the program
- Monitor contractor scheduling and workflow to align with customer needs and program targets
- Analyze contractor performance data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement
- Address customer complaints or concerns related to contractor work, coordinating resolutions as needed.
- Be accountable for budget management for a significant process or initiative at the program level

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in weatherization programs or other contractor management.
- Contract management experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customers and stakeholders
- Experience with managing program budgets or incentive funding
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Knowledge of utility programs and low-income customer assistance programs
Target Compensation:
$70,000.00
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.
