About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Program Associate based in the Philippines to support the Skills and Pipeline Development Programs such as New Energy Academy (NEA) and Energy Entrepreneurship (EE Series). This role is critical in ensuring the successful implementation of the solar energy training program nationwide.
The Program Associate will take on multiple responsibilities, including learner support and engagement, program coordination, training development, and administrative functions. While the majority of the work will be virtual, the role also requires occasional domestic travel for hands-on practical training sessions, partner meetings, and other in-person events.
Roles and Responsibilities
Learner Support and Engagement:
- Assist in the onboarding and off boarding processes for learners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for learners across online and offline training programs
- Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support throughout the learner's training journey
- Respond to learner inquiries promptly and professionally via multiple communication channels (email, phone, chat)
- Assist learners with program registration, course selection, and technical platform navigation
- Monitor learner progress and engagement across training programs
- Identify and resolve potential barriers to learner success
- Conduct regular check-ins and satisfaction surveys to improve training experience
- Develop and implement learner retention strategies
Program Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics for both online and offline training sessions
- Collaborate with training partners to schedule, manage logistics, and prepare for training sessions
- Coordinate learners in meeting their training requirements
- Provide support in both the training and logistical preparations
- Assist in the supervision of hands-on practical training sessions
- Ensure smooth communication between learners, training instructors, and training partner’s administrative staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date learner records in the academy's management system
Training Development:
- Help develop modules for NEA and EE Series
- Help organize and conduct webinars and other public workshops of NEA and EE Series
Administrative Functions:
- Prepare weekly and monthly program reports
- Track and analyze learner enrollment, completion rates, and feedback
- Assist in developing and updating training program documentation
- Support marketing and recruitment efforts by providing insights from learner interactions
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills

- Passion for renewable energy, innovation, startups, and sustainable education
- High level of patience and empathy
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional fluency in Filipino and English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Has an understanding of solar energy training landscape and solar energy technologies
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Experience in educational program coordination, customer support, or learner services
- Proficiency in learning management systems (Moodle, Thinkific, etc.) and digital collaboration tools
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
