The Opportunity:
Avantor zoekt momenteel meerdere Productie Medewerkers om haar groeiend Cleanroom Assemblage team te versterken in Hillegom.
Als Productie Medewerker sta je in voor het samenstellen, reinigen en verpakken van verschillende Single-Use-assemblages. Je komt terecht in een rustige en propere omgeving, er is geen zwaar fysiek werk vereist.

Werktijden
Het gaat om een voltijdse positie (40u), waarbij je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 7u - 15u30 of van 8u - 16u30 (wat het best aanluit bij jouw situatie).
Het team
Het productieteam van Avantor werkt vanuit onze locatie in Hillegom. Je komt terecht in een team van 21 collega’s. Teamsfeer, ondersteuning en collegialiteit staan voor hen centraal.
Wat we zoeken

Opleiding: MBO of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

Ervaring: Ervaring in productie of een GMP-omgeving is een groot pluspunt, maar is niet vereist.

Vereiste vaardigheden:

Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands; Engels is een plus

Je bent enthousiast, gemotiveerd en hand-on

Je kan gefocust werken, bent vriendelijk en een echte teamplayer

Hoe u zal groeien en een impact zal hebben

Bouwen, samenstellen en verpakken van verschillende Single-Use-assemblages volgens vastgelegde instructies

Geschikte persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM's) dragen en alle bijna-ongevallen en eerstehulp gebeurtenissen melden

Cleanroom-protocollen en GMP’s nauw volgen

Actief deelnemen in het verbeteringsproces en de juiste controleprocedures volgen

Potentiële proces- en / of productafwijkingen melden om uitval, herbewerking en retourneringen van klanten te voorkomen

Dagelijkse organisatie (6S) en netheid van werkruimte en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes verzorgen

Voldoen aan interne productieschema's die tijdige levering stimuleren
