Due to the development of John Deere Polska in Tarnowo Podgórne we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Product Specialist
Tarnowo Podgórne, Poland
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the sales team to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate tractor models and configurations.
- Conducting training sessions for dealers and customers to ensure a thorough understanding of tractor features and best practices.
- Maintaining relationships with media outlets and representing the company to create a strong media presence.
- Providing technical support and expert guidance on tractor operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Developing and sustaining strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of John Deere tractors, including specifications, features, and benefits, to effectively assist customers.
- Monitoring and reporting on customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Our requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, conducting training sessions, or marketing.
- Advanced English (B2+) and Polish (C1+) skills.
- Driver's license (Category B).
- Strong technical skills with in-depth understanding of mechanics.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team collaboration skills and a proactive mindset.
- Flexibility to stay updated with new technologies and industry changes, ensuring customers receive the latest information and support.
Nice to have:
- University degree in agricultural engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Practical experience in farming or agricultural practices with understanding of market trends and customer needs within the agricultural sector
- Additional certifications or training related to agricultural machinery, sales, or customer service.
