Product Owner

Join our team! We are looking for a Product Owner for the Audio component to join the enthusiasts in the field of digital audio processing and sound management in car interiors. With us, you will have daily contact with music, noise, sound correction and echo cancellation and you will be a co-creator of the future of the automotive industry in the audio area.

Your role: 

• Develop the product strategy and manage the product roadmap, plan and track activities according to customer projects milestones.

• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs, ensuring alignment between business goals and the product development process.

• Effectively work on backlog, setup priorities, refine and communicate backlog items.

• Ensure the technical content and quality of the Development backlog according to the defined Features/Functions list.

• Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decisions.

• Collaborate with other product owners, project managers, and development teams to create a streamlined approach that ensures alignment between sub-component deliveries and overarching customer requirements and ensure smooth communication and integration of efforts.

• Being the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for all audio related queries and represent audio aspects to customers and leadership (creating informative presentations, conducting regular status updates, and actively participating in customer meetings).

• Identify potential risks and challenges in the product development process and work collaboratively to mitigate them. Report and escalate issues in case of non achievable targets.

• Drive the compliance with Quality Assurance (QA), Product Development Process. (PDP) and Global SPICE Compliant Process (GSCP).

• Care for good company image, confidential information and company’s property. 

Your background:

• BSc or MSc degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related 

• Strong entrepreneurial attitude, high level of motivation and dedication

• Ability to implement a structured process for mapping sub-component deliveries to customer features.

• Proficiency in analyzing data and making informed decisions based on findings

• Team oriented work experience, leadership and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

• Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and work conditions

• Project management skills, experience in planning executing and overseeing from inception to completion  

• Experience in Software or System Engineering

• Certificate in Professional Scrum Product Owner 

• Basic knowledge in Software Quality Assurance Processes

• Very good communication in English (both written and spoken)
