We are looking for a Product Owner. This is a hybrid position based in Cracow or Warsaw, with on-site work required twice a week.

What You'll Do

· Translating business requirements into solution requirements, documented in a Product Requirement Document (PRD) format.

· Performing analysis, documenting and managing integrations with 3rd party vendors, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless and timely delivery.

· Conducting comprehensive impact analysis by thoroughly understanding of the platform complex architecture, including frontend and backend applications, third-party integrations, BI, etc.

· Collaborating effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders: Security, Compliance, Marketing, Support, IT, etc.

· Taking full ownership of features throughout their lifecycle, from initial concept through launch and managing the ongoing analysis and optimization phases.

· Prioritizing and managing the product backlog based on priorities, business values, dependencies.

· Defining, monitoring and analyzing product metrics to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and make informed product decisions to optimize outcomes.

What We're Looking For

· At least 3 years of experience in the product ownership.

· Hands-on experience documenting requirements, including creating detailed diagrams (activity, sequence, state) and specifying application interfaces and solution requirements.

· Experience in 3rd party system integrations and feature launches is a strong advantage.

· Experience with ilottery, online casino gambling and sports betting applications is a plus.

· Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

· Strong team player, excellent interpersonal and service skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized, multi-tasking.

· A fast learner with a proactive approach to solving challenges and adjusting to rapidly changing environments.

Please note that recruitment and work assignments will be handled by Aristocrat, however, this role will be hired through our trusted third-party Professional Employer Organization (PEO). The PEO will handle payroll, benefits, and HR administration, ensuring a seamless employment experience.
