The Role

This role focuses on optimizing internal processes, ensuring smooth execution of operational tasks, and minimizing dependencies across teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and organized, with experience in managing structured workflows, tracking key updates, and improving operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Data Management – Organize, clean, and analyze product data for insights.
• Process Optimization – Streamline workflows to improve efficiency.
• Documentation – Maintain clear internal guides and product updates.
• Tool Management – Configure and manage internal product tools.
• Cross-Team Coordination – Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to improve execution.
• Automation – Reduce manual work by implementing automation where possible.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or workflow/process management.
• Proficiency in Excel (working with data, organizing reports, and using formulas).
• Strong organizational and process execution skills.
• Ability to manage updates, execution, and operational changes with minimal dependencies.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools for improving efficiency and automating simple tasks.
