Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Product Operations Specialist to join our team in Greece. In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing our operational efficiency and driving automation efforts by collaborating closely with our Product & DH teams.

You'll leverage your technical fluency to partner with tech and product teams, breaking down complex issues into actionable steps that deliver tangible results. You'll also support business functions by providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.

As a member of a multi-functional Product team, you'll handle product operational tasks, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of innovation. This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development. What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Partner Support, Rider Support, and Logistics teams to understand their needs and pain points

  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to develop and implement solutions that streamline workflows and improve efficiency

  • Become a subject matter expert on our internal tools and processes

  • Gather and analyze requirements from internal and Delivery Hero teams, translating them into actionable product items

  • Proactively identify and document bugs, working with the development team to resolve them

  • Assist in prioritizing and implementing new features and automations

  • Champion automation and self-service solutions to reduce manual effort and increase productivity.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal tools and processes.

  • Track and report on the impact of implemented features, using data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product operations, project management, or a related field, preferably in an online marketplace or B2C industry
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Data Science, or Technology

  • A strong understanding of online marketplace (aggregator) business models and operations

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations

  • Excellent attention to detail and a self-motivated approach to problem-solving

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (required)
