Location: Hybrid (based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania)
Internship Period: 21st July – 26th September 2025
Schedule: Full-time (8 hrs/day, Monday to Friday)

Essential Criteria:  

• Proficiency in English is required, as the internship involves communication and collaboration in English

• Candidates must be based in Cluj-Napoca or able to relocate and work from Cluj-Napoca for the duration of the internship

• The hybrid setup includes at least one in-office day per week, with additional in-office time for onboarding, training, or team collaboration.

• Programming Skills: Basic/advanced programming knowledge, experience with languages like Python

• Data Visualization and Reporting: A workable understanding of SQL and tools like Tableau or similar to help create data visualizations and reports. An understanding of the principles of data warehousing and building data pipelines. Knowledge of statistical methods to analyze and interpret data. 

• Project management Skills: Intermediate knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Coda, Trello, Asana etc.). Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Clear and concise communication with team members. 

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll collaborate with seasoned engineers, tackling exciting challenges and building innovative products. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll dive into:

• Assist the Data & Tooling team by building and maintaining data pipelines, analyzing datasets (using SQL and basic statistics), and generating reports to inform decisions.

• Contribute to tooling maintenance and configuration efforts, ensuring smooth integration of data across multiple platforms.

• Partner with the Product Ops team to uncover and communicate actionable insights, supporting data-driven planning and strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with engineers on defining, documenting, and testing analytics events, helping maintain data accuracy and consistency.

• Support project management activities, coordinating timelines and deliverables to keep cross-functional teams aligned and on track.
