Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech?® Vishay Electronic GmbH is currently seeking applicants for a Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for Aluminum Capacitors, a division responsible for Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors and EDLC Supercapacitors.
Job Location:
Vishay BCcomponents Austria GmbH in Klagenfurt, Austria, founded in 1962 and since 2001 a part of Vishay with focus of manufacturing capacitors. These electronic components are used in automotive, industrial, medical and entertainment electronics, among others.
What you will be doing:
- Understand the customer requirements and propose the right product offering to create a value for the customer
- Develop product price and profitability strategies, and recommend improvements
- Assist and coordinate new product introductions
- Support product design-in by visiting customers and by organizing technical workshops
- Analyze and report product market trends to grow market share
- Work on brand/product awareness by supporting technical product documentation
What you will bring along:
- University degree in engineering, preferably in Electronics
- Product application knowledge, preferably from Automotive and Industrial applications
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Willingness to learn, travel and work in an international team
