The Job
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for understanding product, customers, target industries, and global markets to develop compelling positioning and messaging, and driving go-to-market (GTM) strategies that fuel growth. This role plays a critical part in the success of product launches and release marketing, ensuring alignment with the company’s global and local marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving product adoption and experience in global GTM launches across multiple regions and time zones,as well as a strong background in B2B SaaS. Strong candidates will have experience in Financial Technology (FinTech), specifically in B2B payments.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities:

Foster a culture of collaboration by working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement, while serving as a key liaison between the Financial Services team, Product Management team, and Marketing to ensure alignment and strategic execution.

Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, proof points, and content to drive customer business growth and to align with overarching company business objectives.

Act as a key stakeholder in GTM product launches and release marketing, working cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution.

Ensure consistency in messaging and further develop our brand story and voice across all channels.

Influence content for various audiences, segments, and global geographies to maximize impact.

Conduct customer interviews to contribute to marketing and GTM strategies.

Coordinate GTM activities, including collateral development, videos for social media, email and in-app communications, webinars, and podcasts.

Track and report on the performance of GTM campaigns and programs to drive data-informed decisions.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to craft GTM strategies that align with business priorities and enhance thought leadership.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
-
5+ years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.

Experience in Financial Technology (FinTech), specifically in B2B payments, is highly preferred.

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
5+ years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Expert messaging and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect the dots between target markets, buyers, their needs, product value and positioning
Ability to blend the art and science of Product Marketing, adept at using data and running market tests to drive decision making
Agile mindset, able to deliver value in increments and helping create a culture of continuous improvement
Proven cross-functional teammate who can work through ambiguous challenges and collaborate to build alignment and agreement
Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple work-streams at once in a fast paced environment
High degree of initiative, resourcefulness, personal responsibility and ownership
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
