We're on an ambitious growth journey, and we're looking for a talented Product Marketeer to join our team and help us achieve our goals through product-led growth initiatives.
Role Overview
As a Product Marketeer specializing in Product-Led Growth (PLG), you will play a pivotal role in driving product adoption, influencing pricing and packaging strategies, and leveraging in-app mechanics to optimize customer value and revenue growth. This is a fast-paced role with significant autonomy, reporting directly to the Director of Product Marketing and with a dotted line to the Chief Product Officer. You will collaborate closely with product management, digital customer success, and sales teams to build and execute strategies that encourage customers to adopt key features and move into higher product tiers.
Key Responsibilities

  • Pricing & Packaging: Own and optimize pricing and packaging strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth, ensuring alignment with both in-app self-service and direct sales models.
  • Customer Journey Focus: Map and influence the customer journey, from onboarding to upsell and retention, ensuring a seamless product experience that drives adoption and loyalty.
  • Product Adoption Analysis: Analyze product usage and adoption trends to identify opportunities for increasing customer engagement and driving feature utilization.
  • Experimentation: Design and implement A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks to optimize in-app messaging and feature adoption rates.
  • In-App Messaging: Develop and execute in-app messaging campaigns to encourage customers to explore and adopt new features and use cases that unlock higher value.
  • Adoption Campaigns: Partner with the digital customer success team to create and deliver targeted campaigns aimed at increasing customer adoption of Lansweeper's solutions.
  • Revenue Growth Metrics: Drive initiatives that link feature adoption to revenue growth, focusing on moving customers to higher-value product tiers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales to ensure pricing strategies support both self-service and direct sales motions, maintaining a balance that works across all customer touchpoints.
  • PLG Best Practices: Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in product-led growth, bringing fresh ideas and strategies to the team.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related roles, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • PLG Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of product-led growth principles and strategies, including in-app engagement mechanics and self-service models.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing product usage data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with tools such as Pendo, Snowflake, and PowerBI, and experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

What We Do

Managing IT has never been a bigger challenge. Hardware, software, and users can be anywhere at any time, making IT environments extremely dynamic and often complex. A seemingly simple question has become terribly difficult to answer: ‘Who is using what device?’

IT managers have to make decisions that are often based on scattered, out of date, and incomplete data sources. How can you effectively manage the IT of an organization, if you’re not 100% sure of what assets you have to manage in the first place?

This question inspired Lansweeper and still drives us today. We believe that answering it is crucial to tackle and simplify many of the challenges IT professionals face every day.

Centralized IT Asset Data enables every stakeholder who needs insights into your company’s IT landscape to speak the same language. Connecting and centralizing IT Asset Data to collaborate across silos, locations, and departments is essential.

Eliminate the blind spots from your environment and discover assets you didn't even know about. Lansweeper's IT Inventory Platform provides you the means to achieve complete visibility into your IT, centralized into one solution, helping you gain an in-depth understanding of your entire IT estate.

Lansweeper creates a substantial reduction in the measure of time IT teams would ordinarily spend on routine, yet key assignments, such as network discovery, inventory, software distribution, licensing and updates. This task automation is critical for organizations with restricted staff and IT spending plans. Reveal needless expenses, support budgeting decisions, and manage your IT cost-effectively with Lansweeper

The basic premise of good cybersecurity is that you can’t protect what you can’t see. So the critical first step when it comes to basic cyber hygiene is to maintain visibility of your IT environments and develop the relevant daily routines to inspect and verify.
