monday.com is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and drive growth strategies for the monday CRM product. 

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally, investigate to understand customer needs, conduct market research, and develop compelling messaging and marketing materials. You will play a key role in optimizing the self-service product funnel, while also supporting high-touch sales efforts. We’re seeking a self-motivated, passionate PMM with extensive SaaS experience, capable of executing across both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) initiatives.



About The Role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with product and marketing teams, with a focus on both PLG and SLG.
  • Conduct persona and market research, analyze competitors and industry trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing tactics.
  • Craft cohesive messaging and value propositions, continually optimizing the buyer journey across touchpoints.
  • Create marketing, sales, and enablement collateral by collaborating with content managers, designers, and creative experts.
  • Collect feedback from product analytics and sales teams to refine product marketing efforts.



Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in SaaS – must.
  • Proven ability to drive product-led growth (PLG) as a PMM.
  • Strong hands-on execution skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience producing a variety of marketing and sales collateral.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage product data and sales performance insights to inform decision-making.
  • Experience marketing to sellers – advantage.

We are seeking a talented and experienced senior product marketer to spearhead the platform’s product marketing strategy and execution. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to understand customer needs, conduct market research, and develop compelling messaging and marketing materials for our varied platform offerings.

About the role:

  • Develop and maintain a positioning and messaging framework for monday.com's platform based on its unique benefits and value proposition.
  • Conduct research on buyer and user personas, competitors, and the market landscape to inform platform marketing strategies.
  • Create impactful messaging, enablement materials, and in-context user journeys to package and highlight the capabilities of monday.com's platform.
  • Position and package cross-platform capabilities that can be purchased for an additional cost (i.e. “add-ons”) and “bundles” comprised of multiple monday.com products 
  • Work closely with the product team and client-facing teams to research our customer needs around cross-product collaboration - and develop corresponding capabilities and narratives
  • Refine our go-to-market strategy and feature release process across our robust marketing department and various channels (acquisition, events, community, social, etc.)
  • Develop briefs and create marketing materials, sales collateral, and webpages that showcase key capabilities and values to engage customers, analysts, investors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product marketing role.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C product marketing preferred.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex product capabilities into clear value propositions and compelling messaging.
  • Proven track record of managing complex product launches and Go-to-Market processes in a holistic manner
  • Experience in creating briefs and collaborating with content writers and designers to create webpages, sales collateral, and marketing assets.
  • Experience in optimizing and growing sales and customer funnels within a SaaS company.
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial approach with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-group collaboration skills.
