Mission:
Develop and implement targeted product marketing strategies to: position JobNimbus as the premier CRM for roofing contractors, drive product adoption, improve platform engagement, and increase customer retention.
What you’ll be doing:
Product/Feature Awareness & Usage
- Drive increased awareness of key features that lead to improved retention
- Drive increased usage of key features that lead to improved retention
- Input into customer journey flows and align messaging to adoption expectations
Go-to-Market Execution
- Strategize and execute product/feature launches to maximize awareness and adoption
- Test & deliver product/feature messaging frameworks
- Work cross-functionally ensuring alignment and execution with adjacent teams (product, marketing, sales, customer experience, etc)
Sales & Internal Enablement
- Test messaging & resources w/sales leading to improved win rates
- Define and evangelize customer value both internally and externally as the go-to for product positioning/messaging
- Create competitive positioning for our sales and other internal teams to use
- Improve feature awareness & understanding of feature value
- Improve feature adoption resulting in improved retention
- Build strong cross-functional relationships resulting in seamless go-to-market motions for new product & feature launches
- Improved conversion for sales & cross-sell initiatives
- Develop customer proof points to leverage through product marketing lifecycle
What makes you the hero for this job:
- 2+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record in developing go-to-market strategies and product positioning
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Experience collecting, merging, and analyzing data across multiple sources
- Experience w/ Pendo, UserPilot, or other similar tools
- Proficient in market research and competitive analysis
