About the role
Plum is revolutionizing employee health insurance and wellness in India. As we continue our exciting journey of transformation, we're expanding our product lines across Insurance, Healthcare and, B2B2C. We're looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive growth, adoption, and activation efforts across our HR and employee-focused solutions.
The Product Marketing Manager will act as a crucial bridge between our product teams and end users. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing growth strategies, driving user engagement, and ensuring successful product adoption across our various offerings.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy and execution for our employee-focused product lines (B2C)
- Drive user acquisition, activation, and engagement through strategic campaigns across mobile-first channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Design to create compelling user experiences and marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing collateral and product enablement resources
- Lead user research and feedback campaigns to ensure our products meet market needs
- Create and optimize user engagement journeys across multiple touchpoints
- Monitor and analyze key product metrics to drive data-informed decisions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to maintain our market position
- Train and enable customer-facing teams to effectively communicate product value
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Product Marketing or Growth Marketing roles, preferably in mobile-first product companies
- Proven track record in driving user acquisition, activation, and engagement metrics
- Strong experience in copywriting for various channels (email, notifications, blogs, in-product)
- Experience with mobile marketing platforms (CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar)
- Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities
- Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or HR tech space is a plus
