Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and growth of our product offerings. Collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing teams to craft compelling messaging, create go-to-market strategies, and support product launches.
  • Craft compelling product narratives that effectively communicate our value proposition. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, including defining target customer segments, competitive positioning, and messaging.
  • You will create and write copy for all prospect and customer-facing marketing, including websites, email campaigns in Hubspot, banner ads, videos, sales materials, and more.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics, and translate these insights into actionable strategies.
  • Create strategic marketing content, including blog posts, webinars, and others, to attract new customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams and lead the strategy and creation of top-performing content (e.g., headlines, landing pages, PR-facing promotions, e-books, podcasts, guides, videos, webinars, among others.).
  • Track and analyze the performance of product marketing campaigns and activities, using data to optimize and refine strategies for maximum impact.
  • Build relationships with key customers and create case studies, testimonials, and other customer-focused content to drive product adoption and loyalty.

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or any other related fields and MS/MBA with excellent grades and intellectual rigor.
  • 7+ years experience as a Product Marketing Manager or a similar position in a tech startup environment. 
  • Experience using Hubspot & WebFlow CMS.
  • Exceptional content creation skills, with experience developing short- and long-form content across both internal and external communications.
  • Startup hustle and speed: You’re able to work hard, move fast, adjust to a dynamic environment, and sell to complex organizations and technical customers
  • Team Player: lone wolf style sales are from the past, at Topsort, it’s about being a sports team that achieve goals together.
  • This is an Onsite position Monday - Thursday, and Friday is WFH flexibility.
